Counseling
We all experience seasons in life and challenging circumstances that are difficult to manage. Whether you are struggling with marital or relationship issues, work problems, adjusting to motherhood, worried about your teenager, feeling down or anxious, dealing with a chronic illness, or grieving the loss of a loved one, there is hope for getting through your trials and learning how to better prepare yourself for the future. Seeking counseling for yourself or a loved one can sometimes be scary and overwhelming. The first step is a willingness to realize that you are not alone and it is perfectly acceptable to ask for help. With a little guidance from a caring, experienced counselor, you can get back on the right track.
I strive to create a comfortable, relaxed, and caring environment. Give me a call or book an appointment online and I can help you with that first step. I look forward to helping support you through this journey.
“The essence of a therapeutic relationship: finding words where words were absent, and as a result, being able to share your deepest pain and deepest feelings with another human being.” -Bessel van der Kolk, MD
